Both — new launches direct from Egypt's leading developers, and resale where it's the right fit. Message an advisor with what you're looking for and we'll shape the shortlist around it.
What does 'curated' mean here?
It means we say no on your behalf. We vet properties for genuine value, location, and quality, and only present the few worth your time — instead of forwarding every available listing.
Do you charge the buyer a fee?
No. Our commission is paid by the developer, so you pay exactly the developer's price — the same as if you walked into the sales office alone. What you gain is an advisor working for you, not the sale.
